To ensure that our DEI efforts are effective and reflective of our employees and communities, we established the DEI Advisory Board. Comprising eight dedicated members from across departments and backgrounds, this board brings a range of perspectives and experiences to support Strawberry’s commitment to inclusivity.

The DEI Advisory Board’s purpose is to shape policies and initiatives that create a sense of belonging for everyone—employees and guests alike. With members who represent diverse social backgrounds, identities, and positions within Strawberry, the board advises on strategies that make Strawberry a place where all voices from our people are heard.

How We Drive Change

Our approach to DEI is to give everyone the resources needed to succeed, while valuing each individual’s uniqueness. Through our DEI Advisory Board, we are working to:

  • Ensure fairness and equality through targeted DEI initiatives.
  • Support positive discrimination in our Talent Programs.
  • Conduct regular salary equality reviews.
  • Provide ongoing DEI training for managers to enhance inclusive leadership.
