Room Stylist (RS) rapporterar till Style Manager.
I tjänsten ingår:
- RS ansvarar för att städningen av tilldelade rum, badrum, allmänytor, förråd, korridorer eller andra tilldelade områden håller en hög kvalité.
- Omgående rapportera fel på både rum och korridorer till arbetsledning.
- Alla i avdelningen förväntas dagligen att arbeta för att nå avdelningens uppsatta mål och vara insatt i dess betydelse. .
- Ansvarig för att hotellets samtliga rum och allmänna ytor hålls rena och underhålls enligt plan, samt att hotellet alltid upplevs som ”stylat” för varje gäst som besöker oss.
- Tjänsten innefattar skiftarbete och helgtjänstgöring.
- Är uppdaterad och kunnig i hotellets brand- och säkerhetsrutiner
- Aktivt delta på avdelningsmöten.
- Att företagets policies efterlevs så som exempelvis klädpolicy
- Att ett gott arbetsklimat råder där alla ställer upp för varandra.
- Att behandla våra gäster och kollegor med respekt
- Övriga arbetsuppgifter som tilldelats av arbetsledning.
Förutom ovanstående ingår att hjälpa till med den dagliga tvätten. Alltid ha ett trevligt bemötande mot gästen. Alltid se till att ha städvagnen är i perfekt skick, både i korridoren och vid arbetspassets slut. Upprätthålla en god kommunikation med receptionen rörande förändringar på rum.
Tidigare erfarenheter inom Housekeeping på hotell är till fördel.
