Clarion Grand Hotel är en gemytlig hotellpärla beläget mitt i City i Helsingborg. Hotellet har 158 rum, egen restaurang Kitchen & Table och receptionen är bemannad 24/7.
Om tjänsten:
Du är, förutom att du är glad och har humor, professionell och personlig i ditt möte med gäster och kolleger. Din primära arbetsuppgift är att tillsammans med de andra medarbetarna göra våra gäster mer än nöjda i såväl sin vardag som helgdag tillsammans med oss. Då vi har mycket internationella gäster är det viktigt att du har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.
Vi sätter stor vikt vid tidigare erfarenheter inom hotellbranschen, datavana och att du har ett brinnande intresse för merförsäljning. Meriterande om du arbetat i Nordic Choice system cenium men absolut inget krav.
I tjänsten ingår bland annat förljande arbetsuppgifter:
- Receptionsjobb så som in- och utcheckning, mailhantering,
bokningar, fakturering mm. - Vara behjälplig för våra gäster innan, under och efter avresa. Hålla högsta service och kompetensnivå och därmed se till att gästerna blir väl bemötta.
- Att under sitt arbetspass ansvara för att hålla receptionsområdet i bästa skick och efter givna instruktioner
- Aktivt arbeta med merförsäljning
- Under sitt arbetspass ansvara för de reklamationer som kommer in
- Sköta telefonväxeln och hotellets inkommande mail
- Aktivt arbeta med hotellets kunduppföljningssystem, Loopon
- Är uppdaterd och kunnig i hotellets brand- och säkerhetsrutiner
- Bidra till att ett gott arbetsklimat råder där alla ställer upp för varandra
- Att behandla våra gäster och kollegor med respekt
- Aktivt ta del av information samt övriga arbetsuppgifter av Welcome Office Manager
