Hotellet har en unik historie som starter helt tilbake i 1915 da Grand Hotel ble bygd. Siden har det vært drevet hotell her under ulike eier, før det i 1995 ble en del av Nordic Choice Hotels.
I 2002 åpnet endelig Quality Hotel Augustin sine dører for første gang etter en rebranding, og kunne ønske velkommen til et av byens mest historiske hotell. Vi har en uslåelig beliggenhet midt i bykjernen, nyoppusset restaurant, flotte konferansefasiliteter og 137 rom.
Vi søker nå etter en resepsjonist som ønsker å være med oss å forme historien videre. Er du kreativ, løsningsorientert og liker å yte service for at gjester og kollegaer skal ha det best mulig? Da kan det være nettopp deg vi ser etter som vår nye resepsjonist!
Dine hovedoppgaver vil innebære:
Vi ser etter en engasjert person som gjennomfører sitt arbeid med energi, mot og begeistring, og som streber for å etterleve vår visjon om å øke livskvaliteten til våre gjester og kollegaer. Du er utadvendt, jobber godt under press og elsker å yte service.
Gode språkferdigheter i norsk og engelsk er viktig, og erfaring innen resepsjonsarbeid/hotellbransjen er en stor fordel. Cenium kunnskaper vil også bli prioritert.
