Comfort Hotel® är en hotellkedja som lovar att ge våra gäster det de behöver, men vi skippar det onödiga. Och på Comfort Hotel Helsingborg införlivar vi allt som är viktigt för oss – miljöfokus, perfekt läge, sociala ytor att trivas på. Allt till en blygsam prislapp.
Vi har ambitionen att bli stans skönaste hotell. Ytorna är designade för att ge utrymme för mer än bara hotellboende. Här vill vi samla entreprenörer, startups, frilansare och locals.
Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från Centralstationen och har 96 hotellrum och 5 konferens rum sist men inte minst en Barception. Hotellets hub där gäster kan checka in, hänga i baren och beställa något enklare att äta. Och vi behöver en fantastisk chef och ledare för vår barception= reception + bar. Är det du?

Du håller dig uppdaterad på vad som händer både i Helsingborg och ute i världen - för du vill inte missa något viktigt. Du känner din stad och du har ett tight lokalt nätverk. Du är en glädjespridare med ett skratt som smittar. Du är proffsig på ett avslappnat sätt och en talang på att socialisera.
Vi söker dig som är redo för en utmaningen, är full med energi och strävar efter att bli bättre för varje dag. Du är pålitlig och tar fullt ansvar för att nå resultat. Att nå dina mål är din drivkraft och har erfarenhet av ett hållbart högt tempo.
Positiva egenskaper för tjänsten
- Du drivs av resultat och är extremt tävlingsinriktad
- Du är GRYM på att driva merförsäljning
- Du har tidigare arbetat med Arbetsmiljö enligt SAM (Systematisk arbetsmiljö arbetet)
- Du är en stjärna på hantera och besvara gästfeedback
- Du kan vårt bokningssystem Cenium utan och innan
- Flexibel ut i fingertopparna
- Trivs med att jobba alla tider på dygnet (då receptionen är bemannad 24 timmar om dygnet) och största delen av tjänsten är i drift
- Är självlärd och älskar och lära dig nya saker
- Du har inga problem med att rycka in där de behövs så som städ, frukost och vaktmästeri
- Har erfarenhet av personalansvar och schemaläggning
