I rollen som Supervisor på Houeskeeping hos oss jobbar du med våra 3 Östermalmspärlor, Clarion Collection Hotel Wellington, Hotel Esplanade och Pärlan Hotel.
Som supervisor ansvarar du för att leda och fördela arbetet för hotellens Housekeeping avdelningar genom att säkerställa att den dagliga driften fungerar. Du ansvarar för våra rum och lokaler och i din roll är du aktiv i driften och ser till så att teamet uppnår våra mål. Vi söker dig som har ett öga för detaljer och ser helheten så att våra gäster möts av ett fint och välstädat hotell.
Vi söker dig som är flexibel och lösnings orienterad och är duktig på att skapa arbetsglädje tillsammans med teamet. Rollen innefattar struktur och förmåga att ligga steget före. Du är bra på att planera drift och bemanning . Att motivera och stötta personal är en självklarhet.
I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bla:
Arbetsledaransvar för Housekeeping avdelningen.
Planering av avdelningens verksamhet och scheman.
Säkerställa avdelningens rutiner, standard och kvalité så vi uppnår våra mål.
Rumskontroller.
Inköp och beställning till avdelningen.
Följa upp resultat från gästenkäter.
Ingår i hotellets Ledningsgrupp.
Vi söker dig med:
Minst 2 års erfarenhet av yrket i ledande roll, gärna från hotell och med tidigare personalansvar.
Goda kunskaper i svenska eller engelska i tal som skrift.
Dig som är glad, professionell och personlig i ditt möte med gäster och kollegor.
Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning med 6 mån provanställning, Heltid, Kollektivavtal,
