Som Souschef kommer du att vara ansvarig för all mat som köket serverar under passet, du kommer även att hjälpa köksmästaren att organisera, övervaka och utbilda köksbrigaden. Detta är en fantastisk möjlighet för en Souschef som är redo för nästa steg i en hektisk spännande miljö med många möjligheter att skaffa sig erfarenhet och utvecklas.
Vi söker dig som kan förstärka vårt köksteam på kvällen, du är strukturerad, professionell och kvalitetsmedveten och förstår det fina med mat som är lagad med bra råvaror, glädje och kärlek. Du trivs som ledare älskar att utveckla menyer samt dina medarbetare, du är självgående, har ett starkt driv och hög arbetsmoral.
Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare ledarerfarenhet.
Du är stresstålig, lugn och metodisk.
