Vi söker nu en erfaren och driftig Restaurangchef till vår restaurang Kitchen & table i Helsingborg. Du kommer att ingå i hotellets ledningsgrupp, och rapportera till General Manager. Vi vill att du ska vara en person som drivs av samarbete och öppenhet samt att du tar fullt ägande för gästernas totala hotellupplevelse, och inte bara ditt eget arbetsområde, varje dag.
I tjänsten ingår bland annat följande arbetsuppgifter:
- Fullständigt resultat, kvalitet, personal och ekonomiskt ansvar för egen avdelning.
- Se till att avdelningens medarbetare alltid kan ge gästerna oförglömliga upplevelser i restaurangen.
- Att arbeta för ökad lönsamhet, kvalitet och att avdelningen når sina prognoser/mål.
- Personalansvar för servis och bartenders
- Restaurangchefen arbetar med målstyrning och prognoser på både intäkter och kostnader. Har fullt resultatansvar för egen avdelning.
- Restaurangchefen förväntas vara operativ, och ska vara både kapabel och villig att utföra alla uppgifter som utförs av avdelningens personal.
- Ansvar för att rekrytera nya medarbetare, samt säkerställa korrekt onboarding och utbildning.
- Ansvar för att avdelningen har kunskap om gällande rutiner för säkerhet och varumärkeshantering.
- Kontinuerligt ansvar för att följa upp feedback från gäster, och agera vid behov.
- Tjänsten kräver att du kan arbeta dagtid, kvällar och helger.
Rekrytering sker löpande och tjänsten kan tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag går ut.
