Quality Hotel Ekoxen ligger i Linköpings centrum , granne med stadens gröna oas Trädgårdsföreningen och ca 1,5 km från Resecentrum. Hotellet har 209 rum och 13 konferenslokaler med kapacitet upp till 300 personer.
Jobbet
- Se till att gästerna alltid tas hand om genom superb service
- Dagligt receptionsarbete, check-in & check-out samt svara i telefon.
- Svara och hjälpa våra gäster med deras önskemål.
- Skapa magiska möten mellan såväl gäster som kollegor.
- Administrativt arbete såsom fakturering, förskottsbetalningar, hantera ankomstlistor
- Tjänsten inkluderar helg och skiftarbete

Vi söker både extrapersonal för extra vid behov samt en tillsvidareanställning på 75% som innefattar både dag-, kväll- och helgpass, med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. 6 månaders provanställning.
Du behöver kunna prata flytande svenska och engelska och det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet inom hotellreception och Nordic Choice bokningssystem Cenium.
Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag.
