Som Welcome Office Agent er du den som ønsker gjesten velkommen ved innsjekk - og farvel ved utsjekk. Du er i front og det gode inntrykket du gir gjesten er betydelig. Dagene er varierte, men aldri kjedelige.

Daglige arbeidsoppgaver:
* Inn- og utsjekk av gjester.
* Oppfølging av gjester og levere service på høyt nivå.
* Svare på henvendelser; direkte, på mail og telefon.
* Sørge for at resepsjonen til en hver tid ser representabel ut.
* Være oppdatert på Nordic Choices lærings- og informasjonsplattform.
* Annet forefallende arbeid.

* Du har en lidenskap for å yte service mot gjestene.
* Du evner å beholde smilet selv på hektiske arbeidsdager.
* Du er fleksibel - stillingen innebærer arbeid både dagtid og kveldstid, samt mulig natt ved behov.
* Du har en positiv innstilling - og evner å jobbe både i team og selvstendig, og stiller opp for dine kollegaer.
* Grunnleggende gode datakunnskaper, og evner å sette deg raskt inn i nye systemer
* Beherske norsk og engelsk, skriftlig og muntlig. Flere språk er alltid et pluss.
* Relevant erfaring innen gjeste- eller kundeservice.
* Erfaring fra hotell er et stort pluss, men ikke et krav.
