Clarion Hotel Sea U ligger på första parkett med havet som närmaste granne. Här välkomnas man in i en exklusiv miljö med skandinavisk design som passar perfekt för möten, konferenser, event och weekend.
Vi fortsätter att positionera oss som det ledande och mest passionerade hotellet i Helsingborg och söker nu en ny stjärna till vår säljavdelning.
Jag som rekryterar heter Elin Andréasson och jobbar som Director of Inhouse Sales.
Jag och mitt rutinerade team älskar fylla vårt fina hotell och kan knappt sitta still när det kommer en ny förfrågan.
Då vår kollega går vidare till nya utmaningar inom kedjan söker vi en ny kollega och erfaren säljare som brinner för försäljning.
Våra 20 mötesrum är fördelat på tre våningar, där vår kongress med en kapacitet på 1250 personer är en unik lokal samt 250 hotellrum. I tillägg har vi flera restauranger och barer varav en Rooftop och en uppvärmd pool.
Vi ansvarar också för försäljningen av Clarion Grand Hotel som ligger ett stenkast härifrån. Tillsammans blir vi ett starkt Clarion Helsingborg.
PASSION FOR BUSINESS?
Du som söker till oss har ett utpräglat sinne för att göra affärer och nå avslut, har en hög ansvarskänsla att vilja prestera och arbetar målstyrt mot högt uppsatta mål. Du är engagerad och finner lösningar till kunders olika behov genom att alltid vara nyfiken, intresserad och proaktiv.
DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS?
- Din primära uppgift är att se till att hotellet alltid är så fullbokat som möjligt med både konferenser och boende.
- Du följer kund under hela bokningsprocessen och lyhört skräddarsyr offerter efter deras behov för att skapa minnesvärda upplevelser
- Både uppsökande och inkommande förfrågningar
- Smidig överlämning och introduktion till projektledare som stämmer av och detaljplanerar
- Du är noggrann och detaljfokuserad
- Du har flera års systemvana
- Du har bakgrund inom hotellbranschen/besöksnäringen
- Du ska känna dig trygg med att hantera stressade situationer och alltid vara lösningsorienterad med gästen i fokus
- Du är social och kommunikativ, mötet med människor faller dig naturligt och du tar gärna initiativ för dialog
- Du har lätt för att arbeta självgående och ta egna initiativ, men älskar att arbeta som ett team
- Du behärskar både det svenska och engelska språket både i tal och skrift

Arbetstider: Arbetet är främst fördelat dagtid, men även helg och kvällsarbete kan förekomma
