Comfort Hotel Arlanda Airport öppnade i januari 2020 och ligger ett par minuters gångväg från Skycity och terminalerna 4 & 5. Hotellet har 503 hotellrum (totalt 1127 sängplatser), 4 möteslokaler och ett garage med 37 platser i källaren. Hotellet har också ett gym, laundromat och sist men inte minst en Barception. Det är där du kommer in i bilden!
Vad är en Barception tänker du? Barception är en reception, men ändå inte. På Comfort Hotel är det så mycket mer - det är hotellets hjärta. Det är här våra gäster checkar in och ut, frågar efter vägen till terminalen, skriver ut sina boardingkort och beställer något att dricka eller äta.

Du är en glädjespridare med ett skratt som smittar. Och på tal om att smitta - det är precis det din energi gör. Du är utåtriktad, snabb och proffsig på ett avslappnat sätt och en talang på att socialisera och ge personlig service. Du är pålitlig och tar fullt ansvar för att nå resultat.
Du rör dig obehindrat runt gästerna i lobbyn, bjuder på dig själv som person och gör allt för att göra vistelsen till något utöver det vanliga för våra gäster. På hotell är vardagen både högt och lågt så du är en person som möter utmaningar med ett leende. Är du strukturerad och gillar att lära dig nya saker? Perfekt, hos oss är det aldrig same old, same old.
Eftersom du kommer vara ansvarig för alkoholservering behöver du vara över 20 år gammal och vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet från receptionsarbete. Är du också en klippa på att hälla upp öl & vin och göra enkla cocktails? Sold! Du behöver också kunna göra dig förstådd på svenska och prata och skriva flytande engelska.
Jobbet
Som Barception crew är det du som har hand om ankomst- och avreselistor, mejlkorgar, crewlistor och våra tredjeparts bokningskanaler. Du kommer att varva dina administrativa uppgifter med att ta hand om våra konferenser, ta beställningar på mat och dryck, checka in och ut gäster, se till att lobbyn är ren och fräsch och mycket, mycket mer. Din vardag kommer med andra ord vara väldigt varierad och tempot kan tidvis vara högt. Du behöver därför ha skinn på näsan och våga ta snabba beslut.
Tjänsterna är på 75% och dina arbetstider kommer att variera mellan dag, kväll, helg och vardag. Tjänsterna är tillsvidare. Provanställning på 6 månader tillämpas.
