Quality Hotel Winn Göteborg söker en engagerad receptionschef med service i sitt DNA!
Receptionen är det första gästerna möter när de kommer in genom dörren, och redan här ska de känna den varma atmosfären som er unik för våra hotell. Här blir de mött av ett "hej" eller ett "välkommen tillbaka". Vi letar efter dig som önskar att jobba i receptionen och leda vårt fantastiska team i receptionen med att aktivt coacha och inspirera till den högsta servicenivån.
Om jobbet:
Du säkrar att gästerna alltid blir gott omhändertagna och bemötta på bästa möjliga sätt. Du är ansiktet utåt, och du känner igen vårt varumärke.
Som receptionschef är du ansvarig för runt 5 personer, där du planerar för rätt bemanning, håller avdelningsmöten, medarbetarsamtal och är delaktig i att sätta budget för avdelningen. Du jobbar själv i drift och leder teamet genom att vara ett gott exempel, coacher och inspirerer aktivt för att hålla den högsta servicenivån. Du ser möjligheter och ser alltid efter områden som kan förbättras, förenklas och utvecklas.
Du rapporterar till Operations Manager på hotellet . Arbetstiden är varierande genom veckan då det är skiftarbete i receptionen.

Du har en varm och omtänksam personlighet.
Du tycker det är roligt att prata med både stora och små.
Bland dina vänner är du känd för att alltid ge de bästa presenterna för du ser vad andra önskar och behöver. Ofta innan de vet om det själva.
Du är en naturlig inspiratör som gillar att motivera människor runt dig bara genom att vara dig själv.
Du ser det stora i det små och har ett öga för detaljer.
Du forstår att sälj = service och genom det når vi våra mål.
Du är självständig, flexibel och gillar ett högt tempo.
Du är flytande både i tal och skrift på svenska så väl som på engelska för att kunna möta alla gästena på ett så personligt sätt som möjligt.
Du är en naturlig ledere som älskar högt tempo och utmaningar.
