We are looking for…
A person who is creative, humble and has a sustainable approach to life. You always want to deliver a memorable and positive experience to our guests and your passion seeps out through the details. You have humor, laugh a lot and like to have fun (not mandatory but we have a lot of fun at work).
Work responsibilities
You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable food & beverage experiences for our guests. By leading your team in providing our guests with a genuine and personalized service. The job includes, but not limited to, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bar, monitoring and maintaining the quality of beverages and food served at the bar, managing inventory, ordering supplies, creating drink menus, staff scheduling and training. You continuously evaluate and improve the bar's offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events. The job comes with great responsibility and includes various working hours and days. You will work closely with the other departments and report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
