Clarion Hotel Wisby är ett hotell med unik historia och atmosfär,
beläget innanför Visbys ringmur. Här finns 212 hotellrum, 8 mötesrum,
festvåning, The social och Gotlands mest
passionerade personal. Att arbeta på Clarion Hotel Wisby handlar
om att tillsammans med kollegorna ge vår huvudperson, gästen,
hotellupplevelser utöver det vanliga.

FRUKOSTPERSONAL
På frukosten arbetar du med allt från att duka upp buffén på
morgonen till att hjälpa våra gäster tillrätta, plocka disk, servera
kaffe, duka om.
Vi ser gärna att du som söker har tidigare erfarenhet av frukostarbete, gillar flexibla
arbetstider, tidiga mornar och drivs av högt tempo. Vår vision är att vara Visbys
hetaste mötesplats och den vill vi att Du är med och skapar!
BREAKFAST WAITER INGÅR I F&B TEAMET OCH RAPPORTERAR TILL BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR
I tjänsten ingår:
● Att tillsammans med avdelningens personal skapa en oförglömlig upplevelse för
hotellets gäster.
● Följer de rutiner som är framarbetade för avdelningen.
● Genomföra arbetsuppgifter som fördelas av ansvarig hovmästare.
● Säkerställa att du har de arbetsredskap du behöver för att kunna utföra ett korrekt
arbete.
● Arbetar för att buffén alltid är fräsch och korrekt uppskyltad. Innehållet på
frukostbuffén ska vara i förhållande till Brand Manual för Clarion Hotels.
● Ekologiska produkterna skyltas enligt anvisning och att buffén har ett fullvärdigt
ekologiskt utbud enligt centrala bestämmelser.
● Arbetar för att matsalen är korrekt uppdukad och kvalitetssäkrar att den är korrekt
städad både innan och efter avslutad frukost.
● Ansvarig att alltid god hygien upprätthålls.
● Arbetstiden är fördelad på främst på dagtid med tjänstgöring på helger enligt
rullande schema.
● Säkerställer att bakutrymmen och lager hålls rena och fräscha.
● Ansvar för att du är uppdaterad och kunnig i hotellets brand- och säkerhetsrutiner.
● Ansvar för att företagets policies efterlevs.
● Kassahantering ( separat instruktion skall signeras av all personal )
● Ev. andra uppgifter kan tillkomma.
DET FINSTILTA
- Ansökan göras via vår rekryteringssida till den roll/avdelning du är

- Lön enligt kollektivavtal
- Intervjuer kommer i första hand att ske digitalt
- Anställningsgrad: Säsongsanställning från 75%.
- Arbetstider: Dag, helg
- Tillträde: April - Oktober, med högst behov under juni-aug.
