At Copenhagen Airport lies Northern Europe’s largest airport conference venue and we are proud to say it’s ours. We have 66.000 m2 divided between Comfort Hotel® Copenhagen Airport (605 rooms), Clarion Hotel® Copenhagen Airport (383 rooms, 33 meeting rooms and a ballroom) plus The Hangar which is our extraordinary conference venue with 3900 m2. All of this is connected directly to the airport via a covered walkway, so guests from all over the world can walk to the venue within minutes!

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from guest satisfaction to revenue generation. You will lead a dedicated team, inspiring them to deliver the Clarion- and Comfort guest promise and achieve our ambitious goals. You are the heart and soul of the hotels, and the hospitality business is where you shine! Your strategic thinking and strong business mindset will be key in developing and executing innovative plans to drive profitability and ensure a memorable guest experience.
Your unique ability to think outside the box and master the art of generating results sets you apart. You are an experienced visionary, propelled by a strong commercial drive, constantly pursuing improvement, and spotting new possibilities to enhance the guest experience.You love the buzz at airports and are excited by the opportunity to take on one of Denmark's largest hotel operations.
You have proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, including F&B and M&E. You also have a track record of delivering exceptional financial results and achieving business targets. You have obviously great people-management and leadership skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. Previous experience of the Nordic professional environment and speaking a Scandinavian language is a must, and international experience is a plus.
