Mitt namn är Josefine och jag är Front office manager på Quality Hotel Match, jag söker nu en driven och karismatisk receptionist på 20% till mitt team.
Som Front Office Crew är du spindeln i nätet och en viktig del i att skapa en unik och oförglömlig upplevelse för hotellets gäster. Det är i receptionen som våra gäster får sitt första intryck och det är dit de vänder sig med frågor och funderingar. Vi tror att du har en unik förmåga att se varje gäst, har en positiv och problemlösande inställning. Vi ser gärna en smittande energi, mod att våga fråga och att du gillar att ta egna initiativ.
Du bör vara en teamplayer men kan även tycka om att arbeta självständigt, du är ansvarsfull och drivs av gott samarbete mellan dig och dina kollegor. Du har insikt i att ta fullt ägandeskap, inte bara för ditt område utan för gästens helhetsupplevelse. Alltid och varje gång. Hos oss är ingen dag den andra lik, och behöver tycka om att arbeta i ett högt tempo samt ha lätt för att prioriera.
Tjänsten innebär i grunden arbete vararannan helg men kan under perioder bli mer.

Du bör ha fyllt 20 år. Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.
