Vi är på jakt efter en engagerad, genuin och passionerad Food & Beverage Manager med högt kommersiellt driv.
Som Food & Beverage Manager kommer du att ingå i hotellets ledningsgrupp och rapportera direkt till hotelldirektören. Du har formellt ansvar för hotellets operativa avdelningar inom Food & Beverage såsom restaurang, bar, kök, frukost, konferens, fikapauser, room service och F&B -lager. Detta ställer krav på ett helhjärtat engagemang och gedigen ledarerfarenhet från restaurangverksamhet. Vi ser att du är en god ledare med förmågan att få ditt team att växa, och du har ett öga för kvalitet, detaljer och gästupplevelser.
Du har dessutom bred och djup kompetens inom mat och dryck och ser nya möjligheter då vi alltid strävar efter att utveckla vårt koncept. Du har en förmåga att lösa problem på ett smidigt sätt och ser vad som behöver prioriteras i verksamheten. Dina kunskaper inom restaurangekonomi samt datorvana och erfarenhet av olika system är goda.
Vi ser att du redan idag är en ledare inom en liknande verksamhet, tex inom hotell- och restaurangverksamhet och kan redovisa goda resultat, både finansiella och när det gäller personal- och gästnöjdhet. Du är en bra kommunikatör som kan uttrycka dig obehindrat på svenska och har goda kunskaper i engelska. Har du dessutom ett hjärta som klappar för musik och event, är du en av oss.
