Quality Airport Hotel Værnes søker en engasjert resepsjonsleder med service i sitt DNA!
Resepsjonen er det første gjestene møter når de kommer inn døren, og allerede her skal de føle den varme atmosfæren som er unik for hotellene våre. Her blir de møtt av et "hei" eller en "velkommen tilbake". Vi ser etter deg som ønsker å jobbe i resepsjonen og lede vårt fantastiske resepsjonsteam.
Om jobben:
Du sikrer at gjestene alltid blir godt ivaretatt på best mulig måte. Du er ansiktet vårt utad, og du er godt kjent med vårt varemerke.
Som resepsjonsleder er du ansvarlig for rundt 10 personer, der du planlegger og sørger for riktig bemanning, holder avdelingsmøter og medarbeidersamtaler, og er med på å sette prognose for avdelingen. Du jobber selv i drift og leder teamet ved å være et godt eksempel, coacher og inspirerer aktivt for å opprettholde det høyeste servicenivået. Du ser muligheter og ser alltid etter områder som kan forbedres, forenkles og utvikles. Som leder for resepsjon er du ansvarlig for at avdelingen når sine mål innenfor produktivitet, ansatt- og gjestetilfredshet og mersalg.
Du rapporterer til Hotel Manager ved hotellet . Arbeidstiden er varierende gjennom uken da det er skiftarbeid i resepsjonen, noe helgearbeid må påregnes. Stillingen er fordelt med 80 % i drift og 20 % kontor, med muligheter for å justere etter avdelingens behov. Dette er en 100 % fast stilling.
Intervju gjøres fortløpende og stillingen kan bli besatt før søknadsfrist utløper.
