På Quality Hotel View befinner du dig verkligen i händelsernas centrum. Hotellet ligger mitt i hjärtat av den expansiva stadsdelen Hyllie i Malmö, som blir ett nav i en av Europas mest dynamiska regioner - Öresundsregionen.
Med 27 konferenslokaler och en total kapacitet för 1 120 personer behöver vi nu förstärka vår konferensavdelning inför höstens alla möten och event!
Därför söker vi nu en ivrig, ambitiös och karismatisk konferensvärd/värdinna på 75% till hotellets Meeting & Event-avdelning. Du ingår i M&E-teamet och rapporterar till Meeting & Event Manager.
Som konferensvärd/värdinna är du en viktig del i att skapa oförglömliga upplevelser för hotellets gäster. Det är på denna avdelning som viktiga möten och evenemang äger rum och våra gäster vänder sig till dig för stora och små saker. Därför vill vi att du har en unik förmåga att se varje gäst, har en positiv och problemlösande attityd, smittande humör, mod att ställa frågor, gillar att tänka utanför boxen, ta egna initiativ och alltid ha kontroll. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från liknande befattning, och att du inte är rädd för lite tungt arbete.
Arbetet är omväxlande och har både en praktisk och en administrativ inriktning. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att ställa i ordning lokaler inför gästernas ankomster vilket kan innebära tunga lyft, enklare teknikhantering (både MAC och PC), ta emot och vägleda gäster, hantera bokningsförfrågningar, skriva bokningsbekräftelser och välkomstbrev, kvalitetssäkring före, under och efter samt övrigt administrativt arbete.
Du ska vara flytande i både tal och skrift på svenska samt engelska.
Du är en lagspelare, men kan arbeta bra självständigt. Du är ansvarsfull och drivs av ett gott samarbete mellan dig och dina kollegor och du tar varje dag fullt ägande över gästernas totala hotellupplevelse, och inte bara ditt eget arbetsområde.
Tjänsten innebär arbete både dagar, kvällar och helger – precis som det är när man arbetar på hotell. Visst nattarbete kan också förekomma.
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 75% med inledande provanställning. Vi har givetvis kollektivavtal. Arbetstiderna är oregelbundna, vanligtvis förlagda mellan ca 07.00 och 20.00 både vardag och helg.
