NIGHT GUEST SERVICE AGENT
Tarjoamme sinulle toistaiseksi voimassa olevan työsopimuksen kokoaikaiseen yö tehtävään. Työaikasi on 90h/3vkoa ja työskentelet öisin yhdessä Night Managerin työparina.
Saat tilaisuuden työskennellä ja kehittää ammattitaitoasi yhdessä Pohjois-Euroopan maineikkaimmista hotelli- ja ravintola-alan konserneista nuorekkaiden, osaavien ja persoonallisten ammattilaisten parissa. Arvostamme sekä innokkuuttasi alaa kohtaan, että palavaa haluasi kehittää omaa osaamistasi. Tarjoamme sinulle lisäksi Strawberryn monipuoliset henkilökuntaedut.
Tehtäviisi kuuluvat vastaanottovirkailijan työtehtävät sekä muut monipuoliset asiakaspalvelutehtävät. Sinulla on tehtävään sopiva koulutus ja aikaisempaa kokemusta hotellin vastaanoton tehtävistä. Haluat olla mukana luomassa asiakkaillemme elämyksiä ja laitat tarvittaessa itsesi ja osaamisesi likoon sataprosenttisesti. Sinulla on positiivinen asenne ja nautit asiakaspalvelusta. Sinulta löytyy myös paineensietokykyä, joustoa ja tarkuutta. Työskentelet sujuvasti suomen ja englannin kielellä, muu kielitaito katsotaan eduksi.
