förvalta samt utveckla vårt gastronomiska koncept med fokus på det absolut bästa västkusten har
att erbjuda.
Vår filosofi: Vi arbetar med de finaste råvarorna från närområdet. Hos oss är
västkustens smaker – från havskräftor och rimmad torsk till säsongens primörer –
hjälten på tallriken.
Din roll hos oss
Som kock hos oss får du en varierad vardag. Vi söker dig som är lika trygg i det snabba tempot
under en à la carte-service som i den logistiska precisionen vid stora banketter och evenemang.
Tillagning av högklassig mat med fokus på kvalitet och presentation.
Arbete i både vår à la carte-restaurang och i vår bankettavdelning.
Medverka i menyutveckling och bidra med din kreativa input.
Säkerställa att högsta standard vad gäller hygien och livsmedelssäkerhet efterlevs.
Vem är du?
Vi söker en lagspelare som älskar hantverket. Du är stresstålig, har ett öga för detaljer och sätter
stolthet i varje tallrik som lämnar köket.
Vi söker dig som:
Har kockutbildning eller motsvarande
erfarenhet.
Har gedigen erfarenhet av både à la
carte och bankett.
Är passionerad för råvaror och smaker
från västkusten.
