In the heart of the hotel we have our restaurant Dining Room serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our aim is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a focus on good food and excellent service. We focus on delivering a unique experience for our guests with high attention to detail and where we continue to challenge ourselves to grow, learn and develop both as individuals but also as a team. With a can-do attitude we always make sure to deliver as a team and make sure to have fun while working. It’s a prestige-less department where we all help each other out to reach our goals.

The Role and Our Philosophy

The job will be based in the Dining Room which is the main restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast is a big part of the At Six experience and we are looking for candidates with a genuine, warm personality and a passion for very attentive service. During lunch service you will be involved in serving one of the most exciting food menus in Stockholm alongside a diverse wine list. You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Together with the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assuring we exceed guest ́s expectations at all times. Working hours are in the morning and days of the week may vary. You need to be a morning person as some shifts start as early as 5.30am.

And what about you?

You have experience working in a similar position at a high end restaurant and/or hotel. You are an organized team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service.  You appreciate working in a high-pace environment with varied responsibilities. You’re communicative and appreciate meeting new people, both guests and colleagues, and speak English and Swedish, additional languages are beneficial.

• Experience in a similar role
• Al-a-carte experience
• Good barista skills and some wine, beer, and spirit knowledge
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine passion for food and beverage!
• Speaks Swedish and English, additional languages are a plus
