Som hushovmästare är du den sammanhållande länken i kvälls- och helgdriften. Du säkerställer högklassig service, driver merförsäljning och coachar teamet till nya höjder. Du arbetar nära restaurang- och bankettchef. Din roll är både operativ och strategisk – och du är med och formar vår gästs upplevelse varje kväll.
Säkerställa en smidig drift genom effektiv samordning mellan avdelningar
Kvalitetssäkra gästservice och coacha personal på plats
Driva och implementera merförsäljningsmöjligheter under kvällsevent
Övervaka att våra koncept och service-/produktstandarder följs
Hantera gästinteraktioner och skapa en trygg, varm och välkomnande miljö
Anpassa personalresurser efter behov (ex. förflyttning mellan bankett/bar/restaurang)
Delta i F&B-planeringsmöten varje onsdag dagtid
Vara en förebild och trygg ledare med ett proaktivt mindset
Har erfarenhet från restaurang, event eller hotell – gärna i ledande roll
Har stark känsla för service, är lösningsorienterad och stresstålig
Kommunicerar väl på svenska och engelska
Har ett coachande och tryggt ledarskap med god samarbetsförmåga
Har ett naturligt driv att skapa resultat, trivsel och struktur
En arbetsplats där du får växa som ledare och människa
En rolig och utvecklande miljö där varje dag är olik den andra
