Member Success Specialist

This role is a key driver for our loyalty strategy, responsible for ensuring that the entire organization understands and delivers on our member promise. You will educate and motivate staff at all levels, bridging the gap between our digital solutions and physical hotel operations to create a seamless and magical experience for every member.

We are looking for a highly structured individual with a passion for customer satisfaction, who combines a deep understanding of hotel operations with a strong grasp of digital tools. We think you have a university degree and passion about our fantastic industry! 

Key Responsibilities

• Member Growth & Satisfaction: Drive growth and engagement by setting clear goals and following up on performance. You are responsible for ensuring that all routines, training, and continuous follow-up efforts are in place to increase new member enrollment and improve benefit delivery.
• Internal Knowledge & Culture: Increase staff's knowledge and pride in the loyalty program. This includes designing and running various events and digital forums to share knowledge and best practices. You will also develop and maintain e-learning modules to support and broaden the team's expertise.
• Ambassador Program & Onboarding: Manage the internal Ambassador program, from communication plans to training and follow-up. You will hold introduction sessions for new hotels, ensuring that the loyalty logic is correctly set up in their systems and that new staff get a smooth start.
