Skarsnuten Hotel søker en erfaren og motivert Sous Chef til å bli en del av vårt kjøkkenteam før den kommende sesongen. Dette er en sentral lederrolle for deg som brenner for mat, samarbeid og gode gjesteopplevelser.
Som Sous Chef vil du jobbe tett med kjøkkensjefen og være en viktig del av den daglige driften og utviklingen av kjøkkenet.
Hovedansvarsområder:
• Støtte kjøkkensjefen i den daglige driften av kjøkkenet
• Ha ansvar for matkvalitet, konsistens og presentasjon
• Lede og motivere kjøkkenteamet under service
• Planlegge og forberede frokost-, lunsj- og middagsservering
• Bidra til menyutvikling og sesongplanlegging
• Sikre at rutiner for hygiene, mattrygghet og HMS følges
• Bidra til bestillinger, lagerkontroll og kostnadsbevissthet
• Tre inn som fungerende kjøkkensjef ved behov
Vi ser etter deg som:
• Har erfaring som Sous Chef eller solid bakgrunn som senior kokk
• Er strukturert, pålitelig og rolig under press
• Trives med å lede og utvikle mennesker
• Har en genuin lidenskap for mat og kvalitet
• Er nysgjerrig, løsningsorientert og ønsker å utvikle deg videre
• Trives i et travelt, sesongbasert hotellmiljø
