Är du vår nästa ledare som kan snacka både mise en place med köket och serviceupplevelse med servisen? Vi söker nu en F&B Manager till Vox Hotel som ska äga våra kvällar.
Det här är rollen för dig som inte vill lämna driften, utan snarare vill styra den med ännu större mandat.
Som F&B Manager hos oss ansvarar du för helheten under kvällstid. Du är närvarande i driften och ser till att samarbetet mellan köket och matsalen fungerar klockrent. Eftersom du själv har din grund i köket, förstår du hantverket och kan ställa rätt krav på kvalitet och effektivitet.
Ditt ansvar i driften:
Operativt ledarskap: Du leder kvällsservicen på golvet och i köket. Du är "dirigenten" som ser till att flödet fungerar när trycket är som högst.
Kvalitetssäkring: Med din kockbakgrund är du garanten för att maten som lämnar luckan håller högsta nivå, samtidigt som du coachar servisen i produktkännedom.
Event & Puls: Du planerar och genomför kvällens events och ser till att Vox unika atmosfär alltid levereras.
Resursoptimering: Du har koll på svinn, inköp och personalkostnad – och vet hur man optimerar dessa utan att tumma på upplevelsen.
Vi söker en prestigelös ledare som leder genom handling.
Vi kräver:
Utbildad kock: Du har en solid grund i köket. Detta är avgörande för att du ska kunna axla ansvaret för helheten och ha full förståelse för vår kärnprodukt.
Driftsfokus: Du trivs inte bakom ett skrivbord – du trivs där det händer, när det händer.
Ledarskap: Du har förmågan att peka med hela handen när det behövs, men gör det på ett sätt som motiverar teamet.

Din förmåga att se detaljer i både matlagning och service.
Att du är en problemlösare som snabbt kan hoppa in i produktionen om läget kräver det.
