På Selma Spa handlar allt om att leva gott. Det handlar om wellness och för oss är det om närvaro, njutning och att må bra – i kropp, sinne och själ. Som en del av vårt sommarteam blir du en viktig pusselbit i att ge våra gäster en fantastisk vistelse fylld med wellness, värme och energi.
Din roll i teamet
Som fastighetsskötare under sommaren arbetar du i ett team som ansvarar för den dagliga driften och skötseln av hotellets alla ytor. Detta innebär att du tar emot felanmälningar, ansvarar för reparationer och tillsyn, tar vattenprover i poolområdet och samt har kontakt med hotellets gäster och kollegor.
I rollen arbetar du både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegorna på hotellet. Vi söker en händig fastighetsskötare kommer att se efter våra hotellrum, konferenslokaler, spa-område och publika ytor och utemiljö så att hotellet visar sig från sin allra bästa sida.
Vem är du?
Du har tekniskt intresse och du är händig på att reparera.
Erfarenhet som vaktmästare/fastighetsskötare/fastighetstekniker eller liknande bakgrund.
Älskar mötet med människor: Du hälsar med ett leende och får våra gäster att känna sig sedda.
Tar ansvar: Du ser vad som behöver göras och hjälper till där det behövs – vi är ett team som stöttar varandra!
Har rätt inställning: Du är nyfiken, positiv och med rätt inställning kan du lära dig det mesta hos oss.
Sprider god energi: Du bidrar till att vi har kul på jobbet, även när det är mycket att göra.
Är en fena på kommunikation: Du pratar och skriver flytande svenska, och behärskar engelska väl.
B-körkort är ett krav.

När? Vårt sommarperiod sträcker sig från maj till augusti. ☀️
Arbetstider: Heltid. Dagtid, samt dagtid varannan helg.
