Nattmedarbetare för städ och konferens
Vi söker en självgående och noggrann person för nattarbete på vårt hotell. Tjänsten innebär ett helhetsansvar för hotellets skick under dygnets sena timmar, där den främsta uppgiften är lokalvård av allmänna ytor så att hotellet är representativt inför morgonen. I rollen ingår även städning av hotellrum vid behov samt möblering och förberedelse av våra konferenslokaler inför kommande mötesdagar.
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som är självgående, trivs med att arbeta ensam under natten och som har drivet att hålla en hög kvalitetsstandard.
Arbetet är fysiskt och kräver att du kan hantera allt från städmaskiner till ommöblering av tyngre konferensbord.
Du bör ha ett öga för detaljer och förmågan att prioritera dina arbetsuppgifter effektivt.
Då rollen kräver en tät och god kommunikation med receptionen, samt innebär kontakt med hotellets gäster, är det mycket meriterande om du behärskar både svenska och engelska.
Detta är avgörande för att säkerställa ett smidigt samarbete och en trygg upplevelse för våra gäster dygnet runt.
För att säkerställa hög kvalitet och ett bra samarbete sker veckoavstämningar med vår arbetsledare i drift, där ni går igenom nattens rutiner och kommande behov.
Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbete eller nattpass ses som en fördel, men vi lägger störst vikt vid din ansvarskänsla och din förmåga till öppet samarbete och lyhördhet för feedback.
