Tehtävän kuvaus
Meeting Planner roolin päävastuu on varmistaa ryhmämatkaajien, kokoustajien ja tapahtumien vieraiden onnistunut sekä sujuva suunnittelu- ja palvelukokemus. Tehtävässä korostuu myyntiosaaminen, asiakaspalvelu, tekninen osaaminen ja tehokas koordinointikommunikointi hotellien eri osastojen kesken. Vastuullasi on varmistaa ordereiden ajantasaisuus, sujuvuus itse tapahtumissa /varauksissa ja näiden seurannassa.
Tehtävän pääpaino on ko hotellien myynnissä: B2C tarjousprosessissa ja B2C/B2B varauskaaren myöhempien vaiheiden hoitamisessa puhelimitse ja sähköpostitse. Myös talonäytöt näissä hotelleissa kuuluvat toimenkuvaan.
Tehtävä on kokoaikainen 112,5h/3vko ja toistaiseksi voimassaoleva. Siihen sovelletaan matkailu-ja ravintola-alan työehtosopimuksia.
Perehdytysjakson jälkeen työskentely tapahtuu Lilla Robertsin toimistolla sekä hotelleissa orderpalaverien ja näyttöjen yhteydessä.

Erityisesti Event Templen osaaminen, aiempi työskentely hotellin vastaanotossa, M&E koordinoinnissa ja/tai In house salesissa katsotaan merkittäväksi eduksiTyökokemusta hotelli-, tapahtuma- ja ravintola-alalta
Halukkuutta oppia uutta
Erinomaisia kommunikointi-, asiakas- ja tiimityötaitoja erilaisten henkilöstö- ja asiakasryhmien kanssa
Kaupallista palveluasennetta
Kykyä pystyä hahmottamaan laajakin irrallinen kokonaisuus priorisoitavina tehtävinä ja kysyä pystyä työskentelemään paineen alaisena
Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen kirjallista ja suullista osaamista. Ruotsin kielen osaaminen katsotaan eduksi
