We are seeking a world-class Food & Beverage Manager to curate our legendary dining experiences and lead our diverse F&B operations. From the historic elegance of our events to the launch of modern concepts, you will be the architect of our future gastronomic legacy.
In this role, you will take the helm of some of the most prestigious venues in the Nordics. You will be responsible for all food and beverage operations including the legendary Kämp Bar and our magnificent banquet facilities like Mirror Room, as well as our breakfast and room service operations.
A central part of your mission is concept Innovation, covering both our esteemed existing venues and the development of future experiences. This includes the high-profile launch of an entirely new Deli concept.
This is a high-impact role designed for a leader who masters the art of luxury F&B operations. You are an active, hands-on leader who thrives in the operational heart of the hotel while maintaining a strong strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Innovation & Strategy: Lead the continuous development of current concepts and the strategic launch of new ones.
Operational Excellence: Drive world-class standards across all F&B departments, ensuring guest service, quality, hygiene, and safety.
Financial Performance & KPIs: Individual responsibility for the F&B division’s profitability and GOP. You lead through data-driven decisions, optimizing cost structures and labor efficiency.
Stakeholder & Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with Strawberry’s centralized Commercial and Finance teams to drive revenue and operational synergy.
Team Empowerment: Build and develop a high-performing leadership team (direct reports include Executive Chef, Restaurant & Bar Manager, and Events Manager).
Proven Expertise: 5+ years of operational leadership experience within a luxury hotel or high-end F&B environment.
Strategic & Tactical Balance: You are a proactive leader who spends your time evenly on operational excellence as well as on strategic and tactical alignment.
Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of hotel and F&B KPIs, profitability, and budget oversight.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is a distinct advantage within the Strawberry group.
