Nu söker vi en teamleader till Brasserie X – vår livfulla restaurang med en smakrik mix av nordiskt och franskt, mitt i hjärtat av Quality Hotel Winn i Haninge.
Här är vi mer än en restaurang. Vi är ett vardagsrum, en mötesplats och en självklar del av hotellets upplevelse.
Som teamleader hos oss är du mitt i pulsen. Du leder arbetet i driften, stöttar teamet och säkerställer att varje gäst får en upplevelse som känns både personlig och professionell.
Du jobbar tätt tillsammans med restaurangchef/F&B Manager och är en viktig del i att skapa struktur, energi och kvalitet – varje dag.
Tempot kan vara högt, förutsättningarna kan ändras snabbt, men du trivs i det. Du har förmågan att behålla lugnet, fatta beslut och samtidigt få med dig teamet.
Du älskar service. På riktigt.
Du drivs av mötet med gästen och känslan av att leverera något som överträffar förväntningarna.
Vi tror att du:
Har erfarenhet av en ledande roll i restaurang
Har minst 3 års erfarenhet av à la carte-servering
Har ett genuint intresse för mat och dryck
Är trygg, lösningsorienterad och har ett öga för detaljer
Är en naturlig lagspelare som bidrar med energi och engagemang
Talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat
En roll där du verkligen gör skillnad – varje dag
Ett engagerat team som gillar att ha kul tillsammans samtidigt som vi levererar hög kvalitet
En varierad arbetsmiljö med allt från luncher, konferenser, middagar till bröllop och event
Möjlighet att utvecklas, både inom restaurangen och på hotellet i stort
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100% med 6 månaders provanställning.
Arbetstiderna varierar och inkluderar dagar, kvällar och helger.
