Så skal du søge vikariatet som Content & SoMe Manager på Admiral Hotel i København. Hotellet står netop nu midt i en spændende transformation, hvor ambitionen er at løfte gæsteoplevelsen og styrke hotellets position som et af Københavns absolutte tophoteller – også i fremtiden.
Som Content & SoMe Manager får du en central rolle i at producere materiale til hotellet og de digitale platforme samt planlægge og udarbejde content til Admiral Hotels sociale medier. Dette dækker også hotellets restaurant, aye aye, og cocktailbar, SIR.
Du vil blive en vigtig del af et effektivt marketingteam, der hver dag supporterer Admiral Hotel, restaurant aye aye og SIR cocktailbar. Teamet består foruden denne stilling af en marketingassistent (studiestilling) samt en marketingchef.
Vi supporterer et hotel i døgndrift, og derfor er det afgørende, at du i denne stilling er fysisk til stede på kontoret hver dag. Den tætte, daglige koordinering sikrer, at vi kan reagere hurtigt og effektivt, samtidig med at vi bevarer den høje kvalitet i vores service og samarbejde på tværs af afdelinger.
Du får en central rolle i arbejdet med at sikre og udvikle vores KPI’er – i tæt samarbejde med marketingchefen.
Dine opgaver bliver blandt andet:
Produktion og håndtering af SoMe content til Admiral Hotel (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Produktion og håndtering af SoMe content til restaurant aye aye og SIR cocktailbar (Instagram) i samarbejde med eksterne konsulenter.
Influencer collaborations (indgåelse af aftaler, udarbejdelse af briefs, koordinering m.m.).
Community Management.
Eksekvering på paid social strategier i samarbejde med eksternt bureau.
Udarbejdelse af in house materialer til hotel, restaurant, cocktailbar og eventafdeling (salgsmaterialer, skilte, infoskærme m.v.).
Intern kommunikation og employer branding i samarbejde med HR.
Du har 1-2 års erfaring fra en stilling med lignende opgaver.
Du kommunikerer fejlfrit og flydende på dansk og engelsk.
Du tør at tænke i anderledes formater og har en æstetisk og kreativ sans.
Du har erfaring med InDesign og Photoshop.
Du arbejder selvstændigt og kan lide at have travlt.
Du motiveres af resultater og team-succeser.
Du er en positiv og dynamisk person med god gennemslagskraft.

Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer om ugen. Der kan forekomme aften- eller weekendarbejde ved events udenfor normal arbejdstid.
