Strömstad Spa & Resort är i en utvecklingsfas där vi nu gör ett omfattande omtag kring utvecklingen av vårt varumärke och den totala resortupplevelsen.
Vi har höga ambitioner och mycket spännande i vår pipe!
Nu söker vi därför en nyckelperson som kan vara med och leda utvecklingen av resorten tillsammans med oss.

Som vår Experience Manager kliver du in i en nyckelroll där ditt uppdrag är att skapa minnesvärda upplevelser.
Du ansvarar för den totala upplevelsen på vår resort, både för våra gäster och våra medarbetare.
Du äger visionen för hur Strömstad Spa & Resort ska kännas, dofta och upplevas.
Du ansvarar för att:
Identifiera och optimera alla kontaktpunkter i gästresan, från bokningsbekräftelse och ankomst till doftsättning i lobbyn och upplevelsen i spat.
Strategiskt ledarskap, coacha övriga hotellet i upplevelsedesign och värdskap.
Innovation, identifiera nya trender och koncept inom wellness, mat och aktiviteter för att ständigt hålla oss i framkant.
Säkerställa att resortens röda tråd bibehålls i allt vi gör och att vårt varumärke implementeras fullt ut.
Kulturbygge, implementera och levandegöra våra värderingar så att de känns i varje möte.
Vem är du?
Vi söker en trygg och karismatisk ledare som förstår vikten av att bygga ett starkt varumärke & kultur som lever fullt ut i hela huset.
Du har förmodligen en bakgrund som ledare på hotell. Du drivs av siffror som mäter lycka, oavsett om det är gästbetyg eller medarbetarnas engagemang.
Du har en naturlig förmåga att se den större bilden och har en stark kreativ ådra och ett innovativt sätt att tänka.
Du är en person som älskar att vara närvarande i verksamheten och att arbeta hands on med att skapa rätt atmosfär och upplevelse för våra gäster & medarbetare.
