Restaurant ATTME is looking for a structured, creative, and energetic Sous Chef to join our leadership team. Located at the top of the iconic Wood Hotel Bodø, ATTME is more than just a restaurant; it’s where local traditions meet modern innovation.
As our Sous Chef, you will be the Head Chef's right hand, ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen reflects our passion for quality and the unique flavors of the North.
Your Role:
Operational Leadership: Lead the kitchen team during shifts, ensuring high standards, efficiency, and a positive atmosphere.
Culinary Craftsmanship: Take an active role in menu development, utilizing seasonal and local ingredients.
Quality Control: Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
Management: Assist with food cost control, inventory management, and scheduling.
Mentorship: Train and inspire our chefs and apprentices to reach their full potential.
Position: 100% Permanent.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: Varied shifts (including evenings and weekends).
Who You Are:
The Professional: You have a trade certificate as a chef and solid experience from high-end restaurants or busy hotel kitchens.
The Leader: You are a natural leader who leads by example, staying calm and organized even when the restaurant is full.
The Creative: You have a deep love for food and an eye for detail, always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
The Communicator: You speak a Scandinavian language or English fluently and believe that good teamwork is the key to success.
