Om Tjänsten
Vi söker en engagerad och erfaren Hovmästare som vill bli en nyckelperson i vårt restaurangteam på Strömstad Spa & Resort. Som Hovmästare är du ansiktet utåt för vår matsal och spelar en avgörande roll i att leverera en minnesvärd och avslappnande gästupplevelse. Du ansvarar för att leda och coacha serveringspersonalen, optimera flödet i restaurangen och säkerställa att servicen håller en exceptionellt hög standard, i linje med vår resorts profil.

Ansvarsområden
Leda, planera och fördela det dagliga arbetet i matsalen och barområdet.
Ansvara för bordsplacering, bokningssystem och att gästflödet fungerar smidigt.
Säkerställa att gästerna får professionell och personlig service i enlighet med våra serviceprotokoll.
Hantera och lösa eventuella gästklagomål på ett professionellt och effektivt sätt.
Utbilda och motivera serveringspersonalen i service, försäljning och produktkunskap (mat och dryck).
Arbeta nära köket för optimal samordning och kommunikation under service.
Säkerställa att restaurangområdet alltid är snyggt, rent och representativt.
Ansvara för kassarutiner och dagliga ekonomiska avstämningar.
Kvalifikationer
Dokumenterad erfarenhet i en ledande roll, företrädesvis som Hovmästare eller Restaurangchef, inom hotell- eller spamiljö är meriterande.
Exceptionell förmåga att leda, motivera och utveckla ett team.
Utpräglad servicekänsla, fokus på gästnöjdhet och förmåga att skapa en välkomnande atmosfär.
Goda kunskaper inom dryck och vin.
Förmåga att hantera stress och arbeta effektivt i högt tempo under intensiva perioder.
Flytande i svenska eller annat nordsikt språk och engelska i tal och skrift.
God administrativ förmåga och kunskap om bokningssystem (t.ex. Munu, The Cloud eller liknande).
Flexibilitet gällande arbetstider, inklusive kvällar, helger och högsäsong.
