På Sea U strävar vi efter att erbjuda våra gäster en exceptionell upplevelse, dygnet runt. Som nattreceptionist är du en nyckelperson som säkerställer att våra gäster känner sig omhändertagna och trygga under nattetid. Du är hotellets ansikte utåt när lugnet lagt sig, och din förmåga att hantera både rutiner och oväntade situationer med professionalism och ett leende är ovärderlig.
Rollen som nattreceptionist innebär att du:
- Ansvarar för in- och utcheckning av gäster under natten.
- Hanterar gästförfrågningar och ger förstklassig service, även under de sena timmarna.
- Utför administrativa uppgifter och säkerställer att alla system är korrekta inför nästa dag.
- Övervakar hotellets säkerhet och trygghet för både gäster och personal.
- Hanterar eventuella incidenter eller nödsituationer som kan uppstå under natten.
- Samarbetar med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa en smidig övergång mellan skiften.
- Jobbar 7 nätter ledig 7 nätter

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som trivs med att arbeta självständigt och ta eget ansvar. Du är:
- Ansvarsfull: Du är pålitlig och tar ditt uppdrag på största allvar.
- Serviceinriktad: Du har en naturlig fallenhet för att ge utmärkt service och får gäster att känna sig välkomna.
- Lugn och samlad: Du behåller lugnet även i stressiga situationer och kan fatta snabba, kloka beslut.
- Detaljorienterad: Du är noggrann med administrativa uppgifter.
- Kommunikativ: Du uttrycker dig obehindrat i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.
- Flexibel: Du är bekväm med att arbeta natt och helger.
- Erfarenhet: Tidigare erfarenhet från hotellreception är meriterande, men din personlighet och inställning är viktigast.
