Evening Restaurant Host & Floor Runner (Part-Time)

Our evening restaurant operates on a self-service concept, which means our guests handle the food, but you provide the soul. Since you’ll be running the floor independently, you are the face of the restaurant—responsible for welcoming guests, keeping the energy high, and making sure the dinner service runs like a dream.

What you’ll be doing on a typical shift:

• Be the Ultimate Host: Greet our guests like old friends. Welcome them warmly, take their drink and food orders, show them to their tables, and explain how our self-service setup works.

• Own the Floor: You’ll be working independently to manage a busy evening service. You’re the captain of the dining room, keeping it organized, tidy, and efficient.

• Drive the Sales (With a Smile): We want our guests to have the best night possible. You’ll proactively chat with them to recommend and upsell our great drinks, dinners, and desserts.

• Keep it Clean & Fresh: Clear and reset tables quickly, help keep the buffet replenished, and make sure the whole restaurant looks sharp.

• Vibe Management: Read the room, engage in fun, polite conversations, and make sure the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed.

Who you are:

• A People Person: You have a naturally warm, open personality and a genuine love for hospitality. You're great at connecting with people.

• A Natural Seller: You are confident recommending your favorite drink or dessert in a way that feels natural, helpful, and service-minded.

• Independent & Proactive: You love the freedom of working unsupervised, you see what needs to be done, and you just get it done.

• Experienced: You’ve preferably worked in a fast-paced restaurant, busy bar, or hotel food & beverage environment before.

• A Great Communicator: Our guests come from all over the world, so fluent English is a must. If you speak other languages, that’s a huge plus!
