Pool & Relax Host

At  Admiral Hotel Copenhagen, we create moments of calm and connection by the Copenhagen waterfront. We are now looking for a Pool & Relax Host who thrive on delivering genuine hospitality and creating an inviting atmosphere where every guest can unwind and recharge.

Your role

As a Pool & Relax Host, you are the face of our brand new Pool & Relax area. Your primary mission is to ensure that our guests feel pampered from the moment they arrive until they leave, maintaining an atmosphere of calm, cleanliness, and high-end service.

This is a dynamic, full-time position that requires a proactive mindset and a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for the daily flow of the pool area, ensuring it looks impeccable and that every guest’s reservation is handled with care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests to the Relax area and manage arrivals through our booking platform, ensuring all reservations are accurate and seamless together with our reception.

• Maintain the aesthetic standards of the pool and relax rooms. You will ensure the area always looks presentable, inviting.

• Proactively replenish towels, slippers, and water stations throughout the day.

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders for guests lounging by the pool with a high level of professionalism.

• Monitor the general cleanliness of the area and coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure the highest hygiene standards are met.

• Ensure the lighting, music, and overall "vibe" of the area align with our standards.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an attentive person with a natural flair for service and an eye for detail. You will play a key role in our guests' experience, we imagine that you: 

• Have a "naturally welcoming" personality and enjoy interacting with guests in a relaxed, yet professional manner.

• Notice the small things, a towel out of place or a low water carafe, and act before the guest notices.

• Are comfortable working with digital booking platforms and managing a schedule of guest arrivals.

• Thrive in a role that includes a variety of shifts. This position is full-time and includes mornings, evenings (the pool is open 08:00–20:00), and weekends.

• Don’t wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done to keep the area running smoothly.
