WANTED - Account Manager SMB, Oslo
Vi ser etter en engasjert Account Manager SMB som har salg i blodet og trigges av å skape resultater. For å lykkes i rollen må du være nysgjerrig, strukturert og ha “hunter” i blodet.
Som Account Manager SMB Oslo vil du ha ansvar for nysalg av SMB avtaler samt implementering av eksisterende SMB avtaler for hotellene våre i Oslo sentrum og i all hovedsak primært våre Comfort og Home hoteller, men samtidig bidra med leads til alle våre hoteller på Østlandet. Hovedfokuset ditt vil være på å jobbe med nysalg av SMB og prosjektavtaler til Comfort Hotel Grand Central, Comfort Hotel Børsparken, Comfort Hotel Karl Johan, Comfort Hotel Xpress Central Station, Comfort Hotel Xpress Youngstorget, Home Hotel Folketeateret, Home Hotel Gabelshus & Home Hotel Bastion.
Du vil ha ansvar for hele salgsprosessen for bedrifts- og prosjektmarkedet. Du skal identifisere nye kunder, forhandle avtaler, og forvalte eksisterende kundeforhold for å skape vekst og bygge relasjoner for våre hoteller i regionen. Du vil jobbe tett med resten av teamet som i dag består av 5 kollegaer.
Dine arbeidsoppgaver:
Skape nye avtaler og relasjoner innen SMB- og prosjektmarkedet
Kartlegge kundebehov og presentere skreddersydde løsninger
Utarbeide tilbud, forhandle avtaler og følge opp eksisterende kunder
Bygge langsiktige relasjoner og sikre høy kundetilfredshet
Være støttefunksjon for våre Comfort & Home hotelldirektører i Oslo sentrum
Sende lead til alle våre hoteller på Østlandet
Sikre gjensalg grupper konferanseforespørsler for de aktuelle hoteller
Bidra til å nå salgs- og inntektsmål gjennom strukturert og målrettet salgsarbeid
Iverksette aktiviteter som øker lønnsomhet
Vi ser etter deg som:
Har erfaring med B2B-salg, gjerne innen hotell, reiseliv eller service
Erfaring med bookingsystemet MEWS og Meeting Package
Erfaring og kjent med RFP prosesser
Erfaring med CRM, Salesforce
Er en relasjonsbygger med gode kommunikasjons- og forhandlingsevner
Er strukturert, proaktiv og trives med å jobbe målrettet
Motiveres av resultater og ønsker å bidra til felles suksess
Stillingen krever at du snakker og skriver godt norsk og engelsk
