Hobo Oslo søker en ny Nattresepsjonist som kan være vår tilstedeværende, smilende og superhjelpsomme Host gjennom natten. Dette er et fulltidsengasjement på 6 måneder, med mulighet for forlengelse.
Er du typen som trives best når sola har gått ned og byen har stilnet? Er du genuint hyggelig, har god service i ryggraden og kan levere gode vibes, selv i de sene nattetimene? Da er du kanskje den vi leter etter!
Hva er «The Night Shift Gig»?
Natta er vår mest selvstendige vakt, og du er sjefen som holder fortet. Du er limet som sikrer at alle gjestene får en trygg og komfortabel opplevelse, og du sikrer en knirkefri overlevering til dagsavdelingen.
- Varm velkomst (og avskjed): Håndtere innsjekk og utsjekk for gjester, uansett tid på døgnet. Gi en vennlig og avslappet service som får folk til å føle seg velkommen hjem.
- The Business: Gjennomføre nattrevisjon, rapportering og reservasjonshåndtering.
- Safety First: Sikre hotellets sikkerhet og utføre nødvendige runder. Være hotellets kontaktpunkt ved hendelser.
- Arbeidstider: Stillingen er fulltid, og arbeidstiden er primært natt fra 23:00 til 07:15. Du følger en rullerende turnus med 7 dager på vakt, etterfulgt av 7 dager fri.
Hvem ser vi etter?
Vi leter etter et ekte menneske med et smil og en avslappet holdning, som samtidig er løsningsorientert og profesjonelt uformell.
- Du er ansvarlig: Du er selvgående og trygg i rollen, og tar initiativ til å fikse opp når det trengs.
- Du er Front of House, ikke Back Office: Du er en naturlig serviceperson og klarer å møte gjester som har hatt en social club kveld med fatning (og gjerne et glimt i øyet).
- Språk: Du kommuniserer utmerket på norsk og engelsk. Andre språk er en stor bonus!
- Erfaring: Litt erfaring fra hotellresepsjon eller nattarbeid er fint, men det er din holdning og tilstedeværelse som teller mest.
