We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager for Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a vital part of the hotel's management team. You will have full operational and commercial responsibility for our Food & Beverage (F&B) departments, including:

• Meetings & Events (M&E)
• Breakfast Operations
• Brasserie NÒR
• The Kitchen and other front-of-house F&B operations

• A Top-line Driver: You have the commercial mindset needed to grow our F&B top-line. You easily spot new opportunities, implement smart pricing strategies, and drive initiatives that actively increase our sales and profitability.
• Detail-oriented: You have an uncompromising eye for quality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Deeply experienced: You bring broad, extensive competence in F&B and have a strong background in large-scale M&E operations.
• Results-driven: You are currently managing a similar high-volume business and can demonstrate excellent financial results, alongside high staff and guest satisfaction.
• An excellent communicator: You possess strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower your leaders: Recruit, train, and develop your F&B department heads, giving them the tools and support they need to succeed.
• Drive financial performance: Take full ownership of your departments' results, which includes financial reporting, forecasting, and assisting with investment plans.
• Maintain excellence: Ensure a consistently high level of service, competence, and product quality across all F&B operations.
• Monitor satisfaction: Actively track and improve both guest and staff satisfaction, ensuring everything aligns with Clarion’s premium standards.

This is a permanent full-time position with a start date as soon as possible. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
