Clarion Hotel Helsingin kaksi korkeaa hotellitornia sekä vanhaan makasiiniin rakennettu tapahtumakeskus muodostavat Helsinkiin ainutlaatuisen ja inspiroivan kohtaamispaikan. Yksi hotelleissamme yöpymisen suurimmista nautinnoista on upeasta ruoasta nauttiminen. Jokaisen suupalan tulee olla paitsi täynnä makua, myös tarjoiltu aidolla lämmöllä ja hymyllä. Poikkeuksellisen ruokailukokemuksen luominen vaatii kuitenkin monta vaihetta ennen kuin annos saapuu vieraan pöytään.

Rooli ja vastuut: Sous Chefina (apulaiskeittiöpäällikkönä) raportoit keittiöpäällikölle (Executive Chef) ja vastaat kokeista sekä muusta keittiöhenkilökunnasta.
Toiminnan johtaminen: Vastaat suunnittelusta, kustannuksista ja tuloksista samalla varmistaen, että henkilöstö noudattaa toimintatapoja ja rutiineja sekä kehittää osaamistaan parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla.
Keittiön hallinta: Tehtävään kuuluu kaikkien ruoanvalmistukseen osallistuvien osastojen johtaminen, suorituskykytiedon analysointi, proaktiivinen toimintasuunnitelmien luominen sekä asiakaspalautteiden seuranta.
Tiimin tuki: Tuet ja ohjaat tiimiä, jotta he voivat kehittyä ja saavuttaa tavoitteensa.
Turvallisuus ja säädökset: Ympäristö-, terveys- ja työturvallisuusmääräysten täydellinen noudattaminen on sinulle ensisijaisen tärkeää!
Työajat: Työtehtävä pitää sisällään päivä-, ilta- ja viikonloppuvuoroja.
