Nu söker vi en IT/AV Tekniker att förstärka vårt team med.
IT Kunskaper
Säkerställa stabil och effektiv drift av all IT‑infrastruktur inom företaget, med särskilt fokus på LAN-, WAN- och WiFi‑miljöer. Ge kvalificerad support till både anställda och kunder i samtliga IT‑relaterade ärenden, från daglig användarsupport till mer avancerad teknisk felsökning och problemlösning.
Specifika system inkluderar:
Switchar, routrar, Aruba
TV-System
Nyckelkortsystem
PBX system
Restaurangsystem.
AV kunskaper
Supportera konferensgäster med anslutning och teknisk uppkoppling mot projektorer och TV-skärmar, både vid mindre möten och större evenemang.
Specifika system inkluderar bl.a:

Creston
Arbetsuppgifter
Planering av event
Genomförande konferenser
Ljud, ljus och AV
Kundkontakt

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en god kommunikativ förmåga och skapar en hög servicekänsla mot kund och kollega.
Du tycker om att lära dig nya saker och är teknisk nyfiken, tar ansvar och driver arbetsuppgifter framåt utan detaljstyrning.
Krav
- Tidigare arbetat med konferens- eller eventteknik
- Grundläggande kunskap inom ljud, bild och ljus
- God dator- och nätverksvana
- Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och kunna priorietar under stressiga perioder.
- Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga i både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
Meriterande
- Erfarenhet av hotell- eller konferensverksamhet
- TV-system
- Operativsystem Windows, Google & MAC
- Digitala ljudmixrar
- Certifiering inom AV eller IT
- Tidigare erfarenhet av Strawberry system.

Arbetstider: Dagtid, helg och kväll kan förekomma.
Lön: Enligt kollektivavtal.
