Som Housekeeping Manager ved Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport er du limet som holder huset sammen. Du har det overordnede ansvaret for det aller viktigste førsteinntrykket: et plettfritt hotell. Stillingen inngår i hotellets ledergruppe, og du vil spille en sentral rolle i den strategiske og operative utviklingen av hotellet som helhet.
Sentrale arbeidsoppgaver
Operativ og strategisk ledelse: Du har totalansvar for renholdsavdelingen, inkludert vaktlister, budsjett, innkjøp og daglig drift.
Ledergruppeansvar: Delta aktivt i ledergruppemøter, bidra til hotellets overordnede målsettinger, og samarbeide på tvers av avdelinger for å optimalisere driften.
Kvalitetssikring: Sørge for eksepsjonell renhet på hele hotellet i tråd med Comfort Housekeeping Manual. Du sikrer 100 % romready-status hver dag, året rundt.
Personalansvar: Rekruttere, coache, motivere og følge opp et mangfoldig team. Du leder ikke bare – du inspirerer og utvikler medarbeiderne dine.
Hvem er du?
Du har erfaring fra tilsvarende lederrolle innen renhold eller hotelldrift.
Du har god forretningsforståelse og trives med å ta strategiske beslutninger i en ledergruppe.
Du er en strukturert og robust leder som tar eierskap til dine ansvarsområder.
Du sprer positiv energi, har en inkluderende lederstil og takler høyt tempo på en travel flyplasslokasjon.
Du behersker et skandinavisk språk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
