Strawberry is on a journey of transforming our People tech landscape. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HRIS manager to our People Experience team.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes SuccessFactors Employee Central – someone who gets genuinely excited about a clean business rule, a well-designed workflow, and data you can actually trust. You'll join a People Experience team with HRIS manager, People Specialists and Time & Attendance manager so the  responsibility is shared across more than one person but you'll have real ownership of your areas while working closely with colleagues on the bigger picture.

What you'll do

Together with the team, you'll help develop, optimize and manage our HR Information System (Employee Central / SAP Successfactor). This is a broad, hands-on role with significant responsibility – including:

  • Drive HRIS projects from a business perspective – take the lead on system development initiatives (new modules, enhancements, integrations), owning the HRIS workstream from requirements gathering through testing and deployment. You'll connect business needs, timelines, resources and technical dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned along the way.

  • Run project planning and delivery – break work into realistic phases, estimate time and cost, manage scope, and make sure the right people are involved at the right moments. You're as comfortable facilitating a stakeholder workshop as you are tracking a backlog.

  • Design and build business processes across our markets – turning local rules and business needs into solid technical configuration, in close collaboration with experts across the People team.

  • Configure the basics – workflows, organizational structures, foundation objects and business rules.

  • Strengthen data quality and security – contribute to policies, run audits, keep access roles correct, and protect people data.

  • Help shape and prioritize the HRIS roadmap and backlog – weighing business value, resources and technical dependencies.

  • Manage vendor relationships – work with our licence and support partners to make sure we get full value from our agreements.

  • Provide second-line support – solve the complex cases that need deep system or integration understanding, and step into first line when the team is short.

  • Be a key player in developing the people tech stack

You will report to the Director of People Digitalization, and be located either in Stockholm or Oslo. We will ask you to submit a CV. Instead of a cover letter, the application form have some free-text fields.

What we're looking for

This is a divided role with both project management and development and at the same time hands-on configuration and delivery role – part builder, part project driver. You’re pragmatic, with the ability to prioritize progress over perfection. You should have:

  • Proven project management ability – you've driven HRIS or HR-tech projects end to end, balancing the business and technical sides, and you can plan, estimate, prioritize and deliver without losing the stakeholders along the way.

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience – you’re comfortable working with core setup to help keep our system running smoothly.

  • Experience building business processes across multiple country configurations and translating local legislation into setup that works.

  • A structured, ownership-driven way of working – comfortable taking full responsibility for your areas while collaborating closely in a shared HRIS team.

  • Language: You don’t have to be fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, but we ask that you are on a journey to mastering one of the languages, and have a basic understanding.

  • Relevant higher education (e.g., a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field).

  • Solid professional experience (5–10 years) in HRIS, HR Tech, or a similar role, with a strong background in project management and system optimization. Experience in SAP Successfactor is a must.
