Som Housekeeping Manager har du det overordnede ansvar for hotellets hjerte: Vores 399 værelser og alle fællesområder. Du bliver leder for et dynamisk team og en vigtig del af hotellets ledergruppe, hvor du refererer direkte til vores General Manager.
Din rolle bliver at sikre en flydende daglig drift, hvor kvaliteten altid er i top, budgetterne overholdes, og medarbejderne trives. Det er afgørende for os, at du er en synlig leder, der elsker at være tæt på driften og ikke er bange for at svinge en klud selv, når det brænder på.
Dine opgaver spænder bredt og kan deles op i fire hovedområder:
Drift & Kvalitet på gulvet: Du tildeler dagens opgaver og værelser til teamet. Du er en aktiv del af hverdagen på gangene, hvor du udfører løbende kvalitetskontrol på værelser og fællesområder. Du sikrer, at hotellet altid lever op til vores høje standarder og miljøcertificeringer, og du sørger for en stærk daglig kommunikation med hotellets andre afdelinger.
Personaleansvar & Ledelse: Du har det fulde ansvar for rekruttering, onboarding og oplæring af nye medarbejdere. Du sikrer, at teamet er veluddannet i både rengøringsrutiner og sikkerhed. Du afholder daglige morgenmøder, personalemøder samt de løbende feedback- og medarbejdersamtaler. Derudover står du for vagtplanlægning og godkendelse af timer og løn.
Lager & Leverandører: Du styrer indkøb og har kontakten til vores leverandører af linned, kemikalier, sæbe og gæsteartikler. Du har ansvaret for den månedlige lagerstatus, godkendelse af afdelingens fakturaer samt løbende målstyring af jeres forbrug og resultater.
Ledergruppen: Du deltager aktivt i vores interne ledermøder og forretningsgennemgange, og du deltager i netværksmøder med Housekeeping Managers fra vores søsterhoteller for at dele erfaringer.

Du har solid erfaring med Housekeeping og ledelse på mellemlederniveau.

Du formår at kommunikere og skabe gejst i et team med mange forskellige nationaliteter.
Du er struktureret og trives med at administrative opgaver som vagtplaner og varebestilling også skal klikkes professionelt på plads.

Are you our new Housekeeping Manager? – Take charge of the hotel's most important product!
Are you the type who spots a wrinkled duvet from ten meters away, and do you love the feeling of a hotel that looks absolutely sharp? Can you lead by example, motivate a large international team, and thrive being right where the action is—on the floor and in the rooms? Then you might be the one we are looking for as our new Housekeeping Manager at Comfort Hotel Vesterbro.
As Housekeeping Manager, you hold the overall responsibility for the heart of the hotel: our 399 rooms and all public areas. You will lead a dynamic team and become a key member of the hotel’s leadership group, reporting directly to our General Manager.
Your role is to ensure a smooth daily operation where quality is always top-notch, budgets are met, and employees thrive. It is crucial to us that you are a visible leader who loves being close to the daily operations and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when things get busy.
Your responsibilities span widely and can be divided into four main areas:
Operations & Quality on the Floor: You assign the daily tasks and rooms to the team. You are an active part of the daily life in the hallways, performing continuous quality controls on rooms and public areas. You ensure the hotel always meets our high standards and eco-certifications, and you maintain strong daily communication with the hotel's other departments.
People & Leadership: You have full responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. You ensure the team is well-trained in both cleaning routines and safety procedures. You host daily morning meetings, staff meetings, as well as ongoing feedback and performance reviews. Additionally, you handle scheduling and the approval of hours and payroll.
Inventory & Suppliers: You manage purchasing and handle contact with our suppliers for linen, chemicals, soap, and guest amenities. You are responsible for the monthly inventory status, approving department invoices, and ongoing goal tracking of consumption and results.
The Management Team: You actively participate in our internal management meetings and business reviews, and you attend network meetings with Housekeeping Managers from our sister hotels to share best practices.
This job is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves a fast-paced environment and understands that Housekeeping is the foundation of the guest experience.
You have solid experience in Housekeeping and leadership at a mid-management level.
You are a visible, "hands-on" leader who motivates your team by leading from the front on the floor.
You know how to communicate and build enthusiasm in a team with many different nationalities.
You are structured and enjoy making sure that administrative tasks like scheduling and ordering supplies are handled professionally.
