Clarion Hotel® The Pier in Gothenburg is looking for a Chef / Kock to Restaurant Fei.

Located on the 10th floor of Clarion Hotel® The Pier with a breathtaking view of the Göta River, Restaurant Fei offers an authentic Chinese culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression. With Fei, we open a gateway to the beauty of Chinese cuisine, a culinary tradition as great and powerful as any. What you'll do:

• Daily Kitchen Operations: Actively participate in the daily kitchen operation and take full responsibility for your station during service.

• Deliver Quality: Ensure that you and the team always prepare and deliver authentic dishes of the highest quality.

• Culinary Craftsmanship: Work with precision, respect for the ingredients, and a passion for authentic Chinese culinary techniques.

• Special Events: Help plan and execute special menus, events, and high-profile dinners alongside the rest of the kitchen team.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain and manage a high level of hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.

This is a permanent position for 80% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Language skills: Fluency in English, Swedish, and/or Chinese.

• Legal right to work in Sweden.
