Hotellet har mulighet til å arrangere banketter i en utstrekning som tidligere ikke har vært mulig i Oslo sentrum.

Vi søker kokker til vårt kjøkkenteam på hotellet for en travel høstsesong. Er du en dyktig kokk som er vant til å jobbe på et kjøkken med høyt trykk og mange gjester? Da kan dette være rollen for deg! Vi har ledige stillinger for:

Hva skal du gjøre?
Som kokk på vårt hotellet vil du ha ansvar for å produsere mat av høy kvalitet i henhold til instruks og bestilling. Oppgavene inkluderer:
Ansvar for produksjon av mat til enten frokost, lunsj eller middag/bankett
Overholde oppbevarings- og renholdsrutiner i avdelingen (IK-mat)
Bidra til at mål for varekostnad blir fulgt (begrense svinn)
Se til at mat av høy kvalitet blir levert til rett tid
Stillingen innebærer skiftarbeid på hverdager og i helgene.

Vi ser etter kokker som er vant til å jobbe i et hektisk miljø med produksjon av store volum. Din lidenskap for matlaging vil inspirere andre, og din evne til å trives i et kreativt miljø gjør deg til en verdifull bidragsyter til vårt team. Du er fleksibel og tilpasningsdyktig, noe som er nødvendig for å håndtere akutte behov og sesongsvingninger i driften. Vi legger stor vekt på gode samarbeidsevner, da vi jobber tett sammen som et stort team for å levere høy kvalitet og service, selv i travle perioder. Det er ønskelig at du har fagbrev som kokk, men det er ikke et krav. Videre kan du kommunisere godt på enten norsk og/eller engelsk.
