Home Hotel Jugend on konsepti, jonka visiona on tarjota vieraille kodinomainen ja viihtyisä kokemus poissa kotoa. Tarjoilemme konseptin mukaisesti päivittäin aamiaisen, fikan ja päivällisen, jotka kuuluvat huonehintaan. Tämän lisäksi hotellissamme toimii vilkas tapahtumapuoli, jossa toteutamme asiakkaan toiveita illallisten, cocktail-tilaisuuksien, seminaarien ja monen muun erilaisen tapahtuman merkeissä.
Tuleva työsi tulee painottumaan pääsääntöisesti juuri tälle aktiiviselle kokous- ja tapahtumapuolelle. Jos jaat intohimomme laadukkaaseen asiakaspalveluun ja ainutuisten kokemusten luontiin, saatat olla etsimämme henkilö!
Tehtäväsi ja odotuksemme sinulta:
Olet tärkeä osa salitiimiämme ja vaikutat suoraan vieraidemme viihtyvyyteen sekä tapahtumien onnistumiseen. Odotamme, että olet oma-aloitteinen tekijä, jolla langat pysyvät käsissä kiireenkin keskellä.
Odotamme sinulta aiempaa kokemusta nimenomaan kokous- ja tapahtumapuolen työskentelystä
Ymmärrät erilaisten tilaisuuksien (kuten illallisten, cocktail-tilaisuuksien ja seminaarien) luonteen. Pystyt hahmottamaan tapahtumien kokonaiskuvan ja ennakoimaan vieraiden tarpeita alusta loppuun
Sinulla on positiivinen, ammattimainen ja ratkaisukeskeinen asenne niin kollegoita kuin vieraitakin kohtaan
Huolehdit salin valmiudesta, siisteydestä ja viihtyisyydestä, varmistaen laadukkaan ja konseptimme mukaisen palvelun jokaisessa tilanteessa
Sinulla on sujuva suomen ja englanninkielen taito, muut kielet katsomme eduksi
